Raggy Charters, one of the best established marine observation and conservation Ecotours in Algoa Bay begun in 1992.  The Founder and Skip is Lloyd Edwards. Much of his knowledge and beautiful pictures over the last 20 years is featured in a book called Scenes from Algoa Bay. Almost all the Marine EcoTours are personally skippered by Lloyd and offer amazing sightings of dolphins, whales, sea birds and penguins in the Algoa Bay.

Raggy Charters has also established and funded the Baywatch Marine Conservation Project which aims to educate the community, especially the youth about the marine environment and its need for conservation and protection. The Project supports organizations that are responsible for marine law enforcement and marine research. Currently Lloyd is supporting the Dolphin Research I am conducting from an EcoPsychology perspective.
